Absolutely! Every firehouse sub can be fully customized to your taste. You can choose your bread type, protein, toppings, sauces, and heat level. Our team is happy to accommodate any modifications — just let us know your preferences when ordering.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 905-825-2226. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is prepared.
Please note that once your order has entered preparation, changes may not be possible. For online orders, cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order.
Delivery
3 QuestionsYes! We deliver fresh firehouse subs directly to your door within the Oakville area. Our delivery radius covers most of Oakville, ON, with an estimated delivery time of 30–50 minutes depending on your location and order volume.

Check Delivery AreaYes, our minimum order for delivery is $15.00. A delivery fee may apply depending on your location. Orders above $40 qualify for free delivery within our standard zone.
For group or catering orders, please contact us directly for special delivery arrangements.
Delivery DetailsOur standard delivery time is 30 to 50 minutes from the moment your order is confirmed. During peak hours (lunch and dinner rush), wait times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation when your order is being prepared and again when it departs our kitchen. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend calling us directly at +1 905-825-2226.
Dietary & Allergens
3 QuestionsYes! We offer vegetarian-friendly sub options featuring fresh vegetables, premium cheeses, and flavourful sauces on your choice of bread. Our veggie subs can be fully customized to your dietary preferences.
For vegan options, please speak with our staff to identify items prepared without animal products. We can accommodate most requests with advance notice.

Ask Our TeamYes! Our bread is baked fresh daily. We believe the foundation of every great firehouse sub starts with the bread — soft on the inside, lightly toasted on the outside. We offer several bread varieties including white, wheat, and our signature sub roll.

2 QuestionsAbsolutely! Firehouse Subs offers full catering services for corporate events, office lunches, birthday parties, weddings, sports events, and more. Our catering packages are designed to feed groups of any size with the bold, satisfying flavours you love.
We offer party trays, individual boxed subs, and buffet-style setups. Contact us to discuss your event needs and we will create a custom catering plan.
Request Catering QuoteWe recommend booking catering orders at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure we can prepare everything to perfection. For larger events (50+ guests), please give us at least 5–7 days notice to secure your booking.
